Mission
We will provide a fun and rewarding recreational soccer experience for all players, coaches, referees, parents and spectators.

We will do this by running a well-organized and responsive recreational soccer program that provides a nurturing environment, which allows each participant to gain a better appreciation, understanding and respect for the game of soccer.

• Coach Development (Understanding of the game and the ability to successfully work with young players)

The Cincinnati Hills SAY district will be responsible for ensuring that all community member organizations adhere to the principles and guidelines of SAY USA in addition to coordinating all district game scheduling, coach/referee training, tournaments and field allocations. We will also work hard with each of our member organizations to bring additional perspective, expertise and resources to broaden the scope and capabilities of each program.
